Privacy Policy – Arrocade: Arrow Combo Blast
Last updated: 24 Jun 2026
Arrocade: Arrow Combo Blast ("we", "our", or "us") is a casual arcade game published by theworkers (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The App has no account or login — you can play without giving us your name, email, or any personal profile.
1. Information We Collect
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the game, show ads, and process purchases.
1) Information Stored on Your Device
- Game Data: your level progress, high scores, coins, lives and unlocked items.
- Preferences: your sound, music and haptics settings.
This save file is stored on your device and may be synced through iCloud under your own Apple Account so your progress follows you across your devices. We do not operate a server for it and cannot read your iCloud data — it stays between your device and Apple.
2) Information Collected Automatically
- Device and app information (device model, operating system version, app version, and device language).
- An advertising identifier (such as Apple's IDFA) and related ad-interaction data, used to show and measure ads — only with your permission (see Advertising below).
- Basic diagnostic and crash data to keep the game stable and improve it.
3) Purchase Information
- When you make an in-app purchase (Remove Ads or a coin pack), the payment is processed by Apple. We do not see or store your card or full payment details.
- Your purchase entitlements are verified on your device by Apple's StoreKit. We do not use a third-party purchase or subscription service, and we do not keep a purchase database of our own.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To run the game and save your progress on your device.
- To show advertisements and measure their performance.
- To process in-app purchases and honor the Remove Ads entitlement you bought.
- To keep the App secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix bugs.
- To respond to support requests you send us.
3. Advertising
Arrocade: Arrow Combo Blast shows ads through AppLovin MAX, which acts as the mediation layer, with Google AdMob (and, over time, other ad networks) delivering the ads through it. These partners may use device and advertising identifiers and ad-interaction data to serve and personalize ads and measure their effectiveness.
- Ad formats: an occasional full-screen ad between rounds, an optional rewarded ad you can choose to watch (for example to continue or gain an extra life), and a banner. Rewarded ads are always opt-in.
- On iOS, the App asks for your permission (App Tracking Transparency) before any tracking. You can decline — the game stays fully playable, and you may simply see less relevant ads.
- You can reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings.
- Remove Ads: purchasing Remove Ads stops ads from being shown in the App.
Our ad partners' use of data is governed by their own privacy policies — AppLovin at https://www.applovin.com/privacy/ and Google at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
4. In-App Purchases
Purchases are sold as Apple in-app purchases and handled directly by Apple's StoreKit: Remove Ads (a one-time, non-consumable purchase) and coin packs (consumable). Entitlements are verified on your device, and you can restore eligible purchases from within the App at any time.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that make the App work, and only as needed:
- AppLovin: to deliver and measure ads (mediation).
- Google AdMob: as an ad network serving demand through AppLovin MAX.
- Apple: to process payments, sync your save through iCloud, and deliver the App.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
- Game data stored on your device is removed when you delete the App from your device.
- If your save was synced to iCloud, you can review and delete it from your Apple Account storage settings (Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Storage).
- Data held by our ad partners (such as advertising identifiers) is retained according to their own policies and applicable law.
- To request deletion of any data associated with you, or if you have questions, contact us at [email protected].
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections for any data transmitted between the App and our partners. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
9. Your Choices and Rights
- Decline or revoke ad-tracking permission at any time in your device settings (App Tracking Transparency).
- Reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.
- Remove all on-device game data by deleting the App, and your synced save from iCloud settings.
- Buy Remove Ads to stop seeing ads in the App.
- Request access to or deletion of data associated with you by contacting us.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
