No account, no personal data

Tile Swap: Photo Puzzle Game has no account system and no login. You can play the whole game without signing up or signing in.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, or photos. Because we never ask for these, there is no personal profile of you for us to hold or delete.

What data exists, and how it is deleted

• Game progress (levels, stars, coins, hints, souvenirs, streak, settings) is stored on your device. Deleting the app from your device removes it. No further request is needed.
• Cloud save, if your device syncs one, is held by your platform under your own account — iCloud on iOS or Google Play Saved Games on Android. You can delete it yourself from your device settings: on iOS, Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Storage; on Android, Play Games → Settings → Delete Play Games account & data.
• Analytics and advertising data is anonymous and is not linked to your identity — it consists of device and app information and an advertising identifier. We will delete it on request using the form of contact below.

So we can locate the right records, please tell us your platform (iOS or Android) and roughly when you played. We handle every request and confirm it by reply within 30 days.
