Tile Swap: Photo Puzzle Game ("we", "our", or "us") is a casual mobile puzzle game published by theworkers (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The App has no account or login — you can play without giving us your name, email, or any personal profile.

1. Information We Collect

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the game, show ads, and process purchases.

1) Information Stored on Your Device

  • Game Data: your level progress, stars, coins, hints, collected souvenirs, and daily streak.
  • Preferences: your chosen language and sound or haptics settings.

This data is stored locally on your device and is not sent to us, except as needed for the features described below.

2) Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and app information (device model, operating system version, app version, and device language).
  • An advertising identifier (such as Apple's IDFA) and related ad-interaction data, used to show and measure ads — only with your permission (see Advertising below).
  • Basic diagnostic and usage data to keep the game stable and improve it.

3) Purchase Information

  • When you make an in-app purchase (for example a coin pack, hint pack, or Remove Ads), the payment is processed by Apple. We do not see or store your card or full payment details.
  • Our purchases provider (RevenueCat) records the purchase and a randomly generated, anonymous app-user identifier so the App can restore your purchases and honor entitlements such as Remove Ads.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To run the game and save your progress on your device.
  • To show advertisements and measure their performance.
  • To process in-app purchases and unlock the content or Remove Ads entitlement you bought.
  • To keep the App secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix bugs.
  • To respond to support requests you send us.

3. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display ads, including rewarded ads you choose to watch, occasional full-screen ads between sessions, and banners. Google and its partners may use device and advertising identifiers and usage data to serve and personalize ads and measure their effectiveness.

  • On iOS, the App asks for your permission (App Tracking Transparency) before any tracking. You can decline — the game stays fully playable, and you may simply see less relevant ads.
  • You can reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings.
  • Remove Ads: purchasing Remove Ads stops ads from being shown in the App.

4. In-App Purchases

Purchases are sold as Apple in-app purchases and managed through RevenueCat. Consumable items (such as coin and hint packs) and the one-time Remove Ads purchase are tied to an anonymous identifier, not to your personal identity. You can restore eligible purchases from within the App.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that make the App work, and only as needed:

  • Google AdMob: to deliver and measure ads.
  • RevenueCat: to manage in-app purchases and entitlements.
  • Apple: to process payments and deliver the App.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Game data stored on your device is removed when you delete the App from your device.
  • Data held by our providers (such as purchase records or ad identifiers) is retained according to their own policies and applicable law.

We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections for any data transmitted between the App and our providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9. Your Choices and Rights

  • Decline or revoke ad-tracking permission at any time in your device settings (App Tracking Transparency).
  • Reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.
  • Remove all on-device game data by deleting the App.
  • Request access to or deletion of data associated with you by contacting us.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
